The Undying Light isn't a true religion. Followers of The Light don't meet in a temple, there are not donations to help the needy, and you typically won't find someone, even in large cities, proselytizing on a box. In fact, it is hard to say how many people actually worship The Undying Light. It is also quite difficult to define the tenets of Light. One believer might say The Light is goodness, another might say It is truth, while a third might believe The Undying Light is all about being seen. The core belief though, is that darkness (or Darkness, depending on whom you speak with) must be removed.
Darkness can take many forms though, again depending on what an Apostle of Light tells you. It could mean physical darkness, it could mean personal darkness the inner demons we all battle, it could mean the undead, it could mean lies, hatred or any number of things.
Followers of The Undying Light are few and far between, some may have met each other, but this is a rarity to be sure. Perhaps though that is the intent of The Light, for if too many of their kind gather in one place it gives the darkness and shadows room to spread. Instead by being spread out across Arcanos, Light followers can defeat the darkness all over, not letting it get a foot hold anywhere. Is it possible there is a temple or church to The Light somewhere, of course there is, in fact some believers will say that any church or temple devoted to any deity fitting the same principles of The Light is truly to The Light, if under a different guise or name.
Disciples of The Undying Light are not raised as such, instead they all have a moment of divine inspiration in which The Light makes itself known to them, touches them so to speak, and forever after their lives are changed.
To truly understand The Light, one must be touched by it, feel the power and energy of The Undying Light, but to learn more, all you have to do is ask someone who has and they will surely tell you
TLDR: The Undying Light (The Light) is not a true religion (ala Pelor, etc from typical D&D). Believers are rare, most people have probably not heard of The Light as a belief/deity
