Jarke re-sheaths his hammer and goes back to the counter and orders a beer and wine. Once served, he walks to the lady in the corner and places the wine in front of her. He speaks casully, "Sorry for bringing you up in that unpleasantness," Jarke grabs a chair nearby and pulls it up to be at the end of her table. "But I'm still not ready to believe that you don't know Donnie over there."

Donnie eyes Lucy warily, then grins.
Don't worry about me young lady. I've all my ducks in a row. Sometimes it just bothers others.
Zimmy comes out of the kitchen without his Apron, grabs a mug of ale and sits down with Donnie and Lucy.
So, I hear yee be good at thee cards feller. Shuffle up a deck and deal, let's see how good ye are.
Zimmy looks at Lucy and says loudly.
Anyone else interested in a game?
Fox, you definitely draw some stares in your bear form, but no one says anything to you. You find a cozy wool carpet near a fire.
Alain, Pearl calls you down to the far end of the bar and serves you your ale. She leans in and whispers.
He look familiar to you?
The blonde woman at the bar seems surprised by your statement Jarke.
What makes you think I know that man? I've never met a dragonborn before, are they all this presumptuous?

"Well I am already seated here so I might as well play, but I'm not as good as my friend Jarke over there" She nods towards the dragonborn chatting up the lovely lady at the bar.

Jarke doesn't hear Lucy as he is beginning to chat up the blonde lady. "Presumptuous? I can't speak for other Dragonborn, but I will say I tend to say what I'm thinking. You have to admit when a girl like yourself walks into a bar, followed shortly by this fellow" Jarke uses his thumb to point towards Donnie. "And he starts up a game which escalates as it did, it does start to look like more than coincidence. Plus, you were focussing a lot on your necklace, uh," Jarke starts snapping his fingers, "What did you say your name was again?"

Alain replies to Pearl. No, I have never seen him before, at least not that I can remember. Should I have?

Something seems to catch Foxes attention as he suddenly gets up, and plods over to Jarke. "GRR grwww growlll grlll raaww graall" Fox says not noticing he is still shifted in bear form. He notices the slightly confused expression on everyone's face and realizes his blunder and Shifts back into human form and whispers to Jarke. "What I meant to say was both these strangers have necklaces that are of some concern and secrecy to them. Could be worth looking into."

Despite knowing his comrade Fox does occasionally "go Bearmode", Jarke is startled by the bear growl over his shoulder and his scales reflexively shift like human goosebumps. However, as Jarke doesn't like showing weakness in any form, he tries to hide it and play it cool.
"Thanks Fox, I couldn't agree more," Jarke continues, "So LorAhhhh, you humans with your weird names, who's in your locket? I bet you a drink it it's a picture of Donnie or maybe your human baby you made with your human lover Donnie."

Lucy and Zimmy manage to not lose all of their money to Donnie, but after an hour, the handsome man certainly has acquired some coin from both of you. His hands are fast, but deliberate, you think if he's cheating, there might be no way for you to tell.
Ye be a veeriee clever player, I'll give thee that.
Thank you, fine sir. And from what food I've had thus far, you are quite the marvelous chef. What are we having for dinner?
Don't know. Ye have te ask Victra, she's thee cook tenight.
Lorah smiles, suddenly a bit more open and expressive.
Not the reason men usually buy me a drink, but sure, I'll take that wager.
She removes her locket and places it on the table, she taps it on the wood several times, then clicks a button that opens it up. There is a black ash like material inside.

"Hmm, not sure what I was expecting, but it was not that. Now I am wondering about the pendant on that Donnie guys necklace. I just think its too much of a coincidence that two people walk in with 'important' pendants, and that whole Lumi thing was strange. I have never seen that happen before." Cade walks over to where Lucy and Donnie are sitting. Being blunt as ever Cade addresses Donnie "So whats the story with your necklace?"

Jarke things about asking if the ashes belong to her dead son/daughter with Donnie so he could still win the bet, but thinks better of it. "Looks like you win the bet LorAH, and I always keep my word. So what's your poison?" he asks while trying to overhear Fox asking Donnie about his necklace.

Alain shrugs to Pearl, and has nothing more of import to say. Unless she has something further to relate about the matter, he shifts the conversation to local goings on in the area—perhaps if there is anything strange going on? He then passes on to her news he might have acquired during the groups recent travels.

"You are as lucky as you claim Donnie." Lucy sits attentively as Fox approaches and questions Donnie

Lorah calls out to Pearl to ask if she has anymore of the vintage wine she was drinking. Pearl informs her she does not. She turns to Jarke.
I'll have what you're having. So, Jarke, what sort of business are in? You're not a bookkeeper I'd guess.
A tall, blonde haired, thin woman walks in, and puts on an apron. Behind her is a small dwarven blooded man with arms filled with supplies. In a succint tone she speaks.
Dinner: stuffed duck with bloody roots and a fracone tart, how many?!
Pearl leaves Alain, to head over to Donnie. A goofy looking strongly elf bloody man sits next to Alain and talks oddities from about Arcanos. Weird arcane stuff going on in different parts. He exchanges such stories.
I'm not sure about her jewelry, but mine is just a keepsake to remind me of a lost sibling. Who's up for raising the stakes?!
Zimmy stands up out of the game. Pearl sits down.
Deal me in. Let's see how lucky you really are.
Ha, well apparently none of you have been listening. I'm not lucky, I'm good. So don't ante in hoping I run out of luck.
